it hurts if i pick up something like 5 lbs. what should i do and when will it leave.

honestly, I had to wait it out for like 2 or 3 weeks.. but I didnt even go to a doctor so you could go get it checked out and maybe they could help you

Definately go to a doctor. You need to know what you're dealing with. Then follow what he tells you to do.
