I was playing mgo all day now i tested the connection and its fine but the ps network wont work is it down??

I was able to play it all day but at night i checked it and it wouldnt work.When i did a internet connection test the connection was fine and the ip address was fine and so was every thing else except the playstation network wasnt working.Please help me out here is it down or something?
