I was playing rugby and got hit now my adult tooth's wobbly HELP!

yeh that's pretty much what happened^^^^^ that happened two days ago and its still wobbly is there anything i should do? Plz help

just leave it, it will heal over time and in a month should be o.k! don't fiddle with it though, because this will loosen it even more and will prolong healing time.

if its loose (moving), hurts, u should make periapical radiographs (around the tooth), to see if there is a fracture in the root or not, if its just loose, u should visit ur dentist to fix it, its simple but do it as soon as possible

Go see a dentist ASAP. Have it diagnosed properly.You may need a dental splint for a mobile tooth, or a root canal therapy if there is an inflammation of the periodontium.
