I was playing softball and slid into 2nd base with mesh shorts on and now my skin is all scraped off ?? help?

anything I can put on it to cool it down it's like 7 inches and a patch on my knee just layers of skin but it's got a lot of moisture or puss coming out of it I patched it up for about 5 hours with nexcare bandages and put some neosporin on it anything else I can use to help ease the minor pains. thanks.

Ooh those hurt, I feel your pain. Make sure to put alcohol on it to clean it out, I know it burns but it will prevent infection and get all the dirt out.

There's not really much else you can do, but to prevent them in the future make sure to wear sliders (also called compression shorts). They are spandex shorts with a little bit of padding in them on the outside of the thighs to prevent this. You can buy them at any sporting goods store in the baseball/softball section.
