I was putting in a radio and ad ign switch wire and constant battery wire wired together now no electric work?

well when i turned power on it worked fine for a few minutes then radio power went out and when i turn the key nothin happens and it has ended up with almost no lights working,the car wont turn over or do anything and al fuses are good,new battery so can anyone lead me to what might be wrong?

2 possible sets of fuses exist.

1 set is located in the car usually under the dashboard on the drivers side or on the side of your dashboard (either). One should be labeled radio. remove and replace.

2nd set is probably under the hood (common on jajanese cars). There are some larger fuses here. You may need to look at them all one by one but this is probably the best solution and likely issue.

I've heard of some circuit breakers but these are primarily aftermarket creations for audio systems.
