The People to People program allows young students to visit different countries as ambassadors for the United States. I am really excited to go, but I got accepted later than most others. I am 15 years old and a senior at Pinon High School. I am the head of 4 organizations and involved in 3 others. I tutor middle schoolers after school and I take online classes at home, so I don't have much time on my hands. I live on the Navajo Reservation in Arizona and I don't have as many resources as students in more urban areas. I've asked my relatives for help, but they can't really assist me. Every member of my family has their own financial problems and they can't send me much money. My mother is a single parent and she is going through a very rough time right now, so she doesn't have the capability of helping. Basically, I'm in this on my own. If you could give me any fundraising ideas, I would greatly appreciate it.
