My Background Investigation was adjudicated by OPM for a NACI. I was recently convicted of a misdemenor "destruction of property" domestic case. Do I need to notify my employer even if the re-investigation is not until 15 years.

yes., you have to report anything that you are CONVICTED of.

I would tell my employer only becaues if they find out and you haven't been honest with them then that is grounds for termination.  And in today's economy a job is hard to come by for alot of  people
