I was recently involved in a car crash that was not my fault the only witnesses are school kids can i use them

Was recently involved in a car crash that was completely the old man driving the other cars fault, he can now not remember what happened, there was a school coach directly behind the car involved and a good few of them seen it all but they are only 11 and upwards , could they be used as witnessses?
