I was "let go" in Va, but the reason for termination was, "Mr. Badu I am going to have to let you go. It seems to me that you need to find out what you really want to do in life. Go out and follow you dream."

By Va state law am I still eligiable for unemployment insurance?

Or is this consider "my fault" termination?

  1. Go ahead and apply. It sounds like it is thru no fault of your own. Unless there is something you aren't telling us, it sounds like you weren't particularly happy with your job. There's no law saying you have to be happy with your job.

    Here's the online web site.

  2. It looks like a non easy cracking nut, looking arount here, you may find something useful for you.http://lifeinsurance.online-helpers.info...

  3. I don't think this would disqualify you.  File away!

  4. Sounds ummm valid, you would need to check with the Unemployment office, usually you have to make so much $ in a certain amount of time to qualify so you would need to check with them.  They will probably also contact your former employer to make sure that what you said was valid.

  5. You did nothing wrong it seems... the letter is certainly vague and offers no real valid reason for letting you go. I would think you are eligible for unemployment.
