I am a Canadian, married a green card holder. When I visited my husband, I did not tell them the truth. The border found out and I am not allow to enter US anymore because they believed I would like to live in LA forever. But it was not true.

1, can i appeal this immigramtion decision? How?

2, How can I reenter US border again?

I am so frustrated. Please help me ASAP. Thank you.

  1. So you where an illegal that got caught!

    Good!

  2. h**l, just come across the border and stay, it hasnt stop a whole lot of people.

  3. I can see Canada from where I'm sitting.

  4. the truth is a double edged sword it can cut u free or enslave u. u should have told the truth. but since u didnt ask the border guards politely how to repeal their decision to keep you out of the home of the brave.

    God bless America

    Good Luck

  5. go to Mexico, & sneak in with them

  6. You should have told them the truth...

  7. Immigrate to Mexico and then cross the border illegally.

You can then get amnesty and stay forever if you wish!

  8. It's supposed to be a waiver free visit for Canadians to the USA but you no longer qualify since you lied and were unable to satisfy border control's questions regarding your stay in the USA.

You now need a visa whenever you go to the USA. Start by visiting the US embassy and learning to tell the truth.

  9. Dishonesty is never a good practice.  Now you are paying for it.

    Sorry, stay in Canada.

  10. i have no clue good thing it's nice in canada eh?

  11. well, you probabley should have told the truth to start with. I don't know what to tell you. Sorry. Lesson learned.......

  12. why did you tell or write down a lie,as you should know USA dont like lyers and traitors so you shouldnt have lied, thats all.maybe get some advise from CANADIAN lawyer....if its bad your husband should move outa LA but you are married so you have right to stay with husband and if you didnt do anything illegal your lawyer might be able to talk to them. Its a weird kinda story, why wasnt your husband there to back you up,werent you allowed just1 phonecall???

  13. I believe such a ban usually lasts 5 years, then you should be allowed to enter the US again. You shouldn't have lied.

You should try to get a visa for the US. Demonstrate that you have ties to Canada to show that you don't want to immigrate into the US.

  14. Perjury is a big deal.  You can hire an attorney.  Perhaps they can help you -- perhaps not.  There's a moral to your story.  Don't lie to government officials or on official documents.  Only Bill Clinton is allowed to get away with that.

  15. those guys probably thought you were trying to do a scam on a usa marriage. they protect u.s. citisens to some degree on this matter. I would file an appeal or protest if you can think of any good reason you lied to them and maybe they will consider it

  16. go to US consulate in Canada to plead your case. Carry an Canadian passport to pass the border. It's visa free.

  17. You don't need a lawyer....you need a hose....your pants are on fire....liar, liar!

  18. Just get yourself a green card or try to sort it out with border patrol

  19. These are rough times in the US. I would talk to an immigration lawyer. You have rights if your husband lives here. I wish I could be of more help.
