I was repairing some sheet rock in a room that was wet from the roof leaking, long story short,?

there was some brownish, little egg like mold , on the wet side of the sheetrock, it smelt similar to amonia, anyone have any information on this? Should i be worried? The room is currently sealed off with tape and plastic.

  1. Section the damaged shettrock out and replace it. The mold will stay and get worse no matter what you do, if you leave it.


  2. I would treat the moldy area with a water and bleach solution.
