I was riding on a Bus owned by disney?

I was staying on disney property, in route to a theme park on one of the bus owned by Disney. The driver slammed his brake on. Me and other passengers went flying. I was there for 5 days with my daughter, this ruined our trip. I had ankle swelling and bruising. Now back home should I hire an attorney or see what i can get in damages on my own?

So if you can prove all of the above then go for it or just take what Disney already offered you.....

You should be entitled to something. Contact an attorney.

Proof should not be an issue, as the paramedics will have a record of the call.

you should make sure that disney pays for all medical bills and any bills you may have that have to do with your injuries...physical therapy, hospital, madication etc. if they dont then you should sue...

o and save ALL paperwork. police reports too

You can certainly try. If you just got home you've got some time, but don't wait too long or you'll hit a statute of limitations.

The hard part will be to prove it happened. But, your attorney may be able to get something for you without having to go to trial.

I think you should have said something while you were there, it may be to late to do anything.
