I was running 10k. For the last 2k i had a tingling feeling at the back of my head. should i be worried?

i was a heavy smoker that quit a year ago

i do regular exercise, 3 times a week 5k+circuits+spinning+weights

  1. make sure you are very hydrated, eat a balanced diet with carbs and protein, stretch, sleep for 8 hours or more a night and you will be fine!


  2. No need to worry.All that's happening is that your body feels

    very tired and your muscles tingle a little
