I had gone for an 8km run, and it was 14 degrees Celsius outside. When I had finished, I was "cooling off" outside, doing my routine stretches. However, an immense amount of water vapor (steam) was coming off (out?) of me. I was surprised, as it was 14 degrees above freezing (0). What does this mean? Could anyone tell me how hot my body was, or why I was steaming in such warm weather? A little stats about my body type.. I'm about 5"10, 203lbs, and I play rugby. I have great muscle to fat ratio, although I am not sure what my resting heart rate is. Sorry for such a long question! Hopefully you guys can answer it!

  1. Running time must pay attention to breathe properly control the speed adjustment, the half-way to keep uniform, in order to reduce the burden on the lungs. Running must adhere to, especially for long-distance running. Good choice for running shoes and clothes, will bring you to unexpected results.I have bought a pair of running shoes at www.dunksb-king.com ,cheaper than nike.com,and quality is also good.

  2. Your body was letting out heat, and the sweat on your skin was being converted partially into steam.  What you should realize is that, although it is fairly warm out, your body temperature is much higher, and it caused some of the liquid in the sweat to vaporize, making steam.

    hope it helps!
