I was sceptically answering some questions here on Horoscopes. But I want to give it a try. Can somebody?

explain to me what does this mean:

I went online and got this for myself "Your sun sign is Gemini. This is the sign in which the Sun is in your birth chart. Your Ascendant is in Leo, and your Moon is in Gemini."

I am intrigued and I want to learn why so many people REALLY believe in horoscopes and astral charts (is that the name), even a great doctor specialized in acupuncture I met in my past.

So please help me understanding what does above about the signs mean...

I'm not a 100% worshiper of astrology.  I believe it to a certain extent.  Mainly because a lot of what is said about my character is true and I exhibit a lot of those characteristics. Your Moon is gemini...moon sign is said to rule a person's Personality. It's basically felt within.  It's how you relate to yourself and your emotional needs. By yours being in gemini, it's said that you're an extrovert (outgoing),  alert, fun loving, and have creative intellect. You're also restless, unfocused, gossipy and fickle. You have a tendency to say the first thing that pops into your mind.

Ascendant in Leo means you're enthusiastic, dynamic, and generous.  You may wear your heart on your sleeve. You're outspoken, frank, and even-tempered.  You're ascendant is pretty much your physical self or your face to the world.

Sun sign as gemini. Sun sign represents the main direction and focus you want your life to take and your determination to accomplish what you set out to do. Gemini loves to talk. You're articulate, upbeat, multitasking, adventurous and open-minded. But also, restless, self-interested, play mind games, tricky, and indecisive.
