Just curious as to what this could be.. I was swimming in the ocean when I suddenly felt shocks hitting my leg as I was trying to swim in. I was only about 4.5 feet in the water. As I swam it seemed as though the jolts followed me for about 5 feet until it stopped. When I got out of the water, I still felt the jolts in my leg and it became bright red, started swelling, and parts started filling up with a fluid like substance. After a few hours it went away. I know for sure it was not a jelly fish. I've felt that plenty of times and there was no sting. This felt like jolts hitting my leg. Is there any thing or creature in the ocean that can do this!?
