I was sick and unaable to even walk yet the nurse said there was no room and walked me to my car and put me in it. I crashed on the way home. Do I have a case?

  1. Yes you do. Even though they didn't have room they should have called an ambulance to transport you to a different location. If you weren't able to walk and if you looked like how i'm thinking you looked (completely not functional) then they could have prevented it which was their job. What hospital were you at? I've had problems like that. Such as waiting in a waiting room for 8 hours while threatening miscarriage at DePaul Hospital. A toddler had a fever of 104 and was passing out and he was there longer than me. A friend was having a heart attack and they just left him in the waiting room. It happens all the time. You do have a good case. I hope that you had a police report because you'll need something in court to prove you wrecked.

  4. I would def call the person that is in charge of thar dept i.e. ER, in patient, out patient etc....

    It may just depend on the damage done. Did anyone else hear this? That would help.
