I was staying at the Barcelo hotel resort in the mayan riveria last week?

I want to get intouch with one of the bellman there who i didn't get to say good bye to, but would really like to talk to again! I emailed the hotel asking for his contact info and gave them mine to give to him if possible. What is the best way to try and get his contact information or somehow communicate with him..

That would be about impossible.  This is Mexico.....many people have the same name and if you don't have a telephone number or address...you can just about forget  it.  The best way is exactly what you did.....give your info to the hotel and hope they give it to him.  Remember...computer access is limited to those here who do not own their own computers....and that is few and far between.  It is not convenient to get to the internet cafes because of the many hours they work and the cost.  Maybe you will get lucky and he will email you in time.....but it will not be quickly....I promise you.
