I was supposed to start my period yesterday. I need help!?

So I didn't get it yesterday. Today I am going to a amusement park, with water and all that fun stuff. Should I wear a tampon? Because even if I don't get it, it doesn't hurt when I take it out. If it helps, I am 13 and am a virgin. I have also started running about a week ago. But it isn't much. Just jogging, getting ready for sports. Thanks in advance

I wouldnt wear one. Wearing one when you don't have you period can be dangerous.

I would take some with you in your bag.. and if you do happen to feel anything periody go check in the toilets.

no i wouldnt wear one either - it can cause trouble like infections or blood poisoning also - i would just wear a lite panty liner to be safe maybe
