I was suspened twice last year, can i still enroll in k12?

Of course you can enroll.  State law requires you to go to school, compulsory, mandatory, no choice until you are at least 16 with parental consent to drop out.  Being suspended simply means you need to focus on what is right and obeying school rules.  If you know what gets you suspended, don't do it.
