I was sweeping out a garage with alot of dirt and dust for about 5 hours but went outside and took breaks...

and it made alot of dust and stuff and it was ventalated but in anyway breathing it in be harmful to me? cause its already done so something could happen or not. what are the chances of me getting sick or anything

most likely, no.  A little dust and hard work never hurt anyone.

and if there was any asbestos in the dust from old ceiling tiles or old walls, you can get a cancer called Mesolthelioma but usually from more exposure than just a one day sweeping frenzy.
