I'm pretty sure you would have to do something to warrant being fired again.  Don't be late and you'll be fine.

If you have a contract, you can enforce it.  Otherwise, as you have demonstrated that you are unreliable, you might want to start looking for someone who doesn't know they can't trust you to show up on time.

They won't fire you unless they decide to close where you work. That having been said, you do know their policies so I would suggest you not be late.
