Can be if you are honest and expect that from others.

Truth is this: People have their friends bid on items to jack the price up--it's called "Shill bidding" and it's illegal---but widespread cause ebay can't "prove it".

If you have stuff to sell go to craigslist or the your local newspaper. Or you could try the new place called "ubid.com"

It`s trust able but be careful what you buy..can be a fake,lately were a lot of problem because some skilled hackers from Europe,don't buy something fantastic or remarkable at low price,it`s risky..it may be fake!
