That depends on your age, location and driving history. At least from what Geico has told me a rebuilt title doesn't change the cost of insurance however you cannot get full coverage for a vehicle with a rebuilt title you can only get liability coverage but NOT collision coverage. I'm not certain that it's this way with every single insurance company but from my understanding it is pretty standard.
