  1. Ginkgo is great for brain health, as is Fish Oil. I've been taking those for a year or two and I've had great experiences with my memory and overall cognition. Flaxseed Oil and Fish Oil are both good for Cholesterol health as well as Skin and Heart health.

Overall, those three can safely be taken together assuming you aren't taking any prescriptions or have any medical condition that may have a problem with any of these (which is rare).

  2. Yes they are great, however I have researched many sites that sell it and I would recommend checking out this one.

  3. Fish oil is very good as well as the others but what quantities is the question!! 4 grams of fish a day is a good supplement and that was recommended by a doctor (MD) specializing in alternatives including  I V vitamin drips etc. !!

If memory gain interests you then take -vinpocetine caps and piracetam caps-these are a bit more specialized but are excellent!! i know a doc.who uses these for his memory! They are non-prescription and should be found at a good health foo store!!
