I assume that you live somewhere in the UK.

There are many cycle specialists that respray bikes. My favorite is Bob Jackson Cycles in Leeds.

However, if you are able to disassemble your own bike completely (and put it back together, of course) then you might take the frame to a auto body specialist and ask them to paint it for you. A shop local to me here in the US will sandblast steel frames (or walnut shell blast aluminum versions) and paint it for about $80 (40 quid). If I have the frame prepared and ready to spray the price goes down to $50 (25 quid).

if you live in england there are places called poundland and things and you can get spray in there 4 a pound and there is halfords which is like 5 pound a can but thers is better quality
