I was thinking of buying a chevelle but do you think i can put speakers on it ?

i wanna get it for cheap and fix it up myself but could i put speakers on it???

Whats a Chevelle if you cant customize it right...

Any car can have an audio system installed even a box with 2 wheels, ANYTHING as long as you have voltage running through the object your trying to have speakers/subs installed..

The stock speakers on the old school Chevelles are fine all you need to bump up your future audio system is a sub or two and an amp to really get things thumping.

Best brands= KICKER,ALPINE,KENWOOD,PIONEER hands down!

on it or in it? you can put speakers in any car. just wouldn't put them ON it!!!!!!!

ya you probably can.. but please respect the car and do not put sub woofers in it >< a few 5s or 6x9s should be all you need a car like the chevelle..

You can go to Crutchfield.com and use their outfit my car.  I dont know what year your chevelle is..But I just took a stab at a year 1977, and this is what crutchfield says:

As far as Decks go...yes, but not necessarily speakers, subs, and not necessarily amps either.  You'll want to definitley do some research...there are other brands that are better, depending on your sense of what you want from your car's audio.
