  1. Well, I think you should stay a few days in San Juan, because of the historical features. Then go to Rio Grande, where The Yunque(a beautiful rain forest) is located. Then you can go to Ponce, Mayagüez, Fajardo etc.. If you ara willing to have a long trip to Puerto Rico, you should do this.

  2. Depends on your preferences age, life style, what you want out of your vacation? If you could narrow down your question you'll get better(useful) answers.

  3. ok bro im going to be as real as i can im not going to pain you purto rico as a nice carrebean picture,

if you want to have a good time like a regular turist just stay in san juan, bayamon, catano, them places. (stay away from la perla you'll get shot, no kidding)

if your looking for adventure go to the south side of the island its wild there bro low budget people really know how to party

(stay away from la perla of the south also, thats in ponce, you'll get shot)

but the rest its cool bro, tell a gata (girl) to teach you how to dance reggaeton, if you play your cards you get laid, next day desapear..you probably get shot...... no joke...

come to salinas the fines restaurants are there...stay away from bella vista...you'll get shot too...

dang now that i think about it....go to california cause u getting shot the minute you land in the puerto rican airport..no joke..

(regaeton rules bro...if you get to dance it)

  4. Puerto Rico is a very beautiful place & there are alot of choices in places to stay. It really all just comes down to what you like to do.

San Juan is the big city & the main tourist area. Its a very historical city & there are alot of historic sights to see like El Morro, a 6 story war fort that was built over 500 years ago. There are old cathedrals & gov't houses. The homes are colorful & built with old spanish colonial architecture & there are cobblestone streets with lots of restaraunts & boutiques. Its very pretty. There is also everything modern that you could want. There is really great nightlife like clubs, bars & casinos & it's pretty safe compared to some other islands. Isla Verde is a nice beach in San Juan, something like Miami beach with hotels & resorts & golden sand. There are taxis & buses all around San Juan too.

If you want to stay outside the city, you can try the east coast, Fajardo is nice. There is great snorkeling, fishing & boating here. Its also close to El Yunque rain forest. You can walk the trails  & swim in the waterfalls. You can also take a ferry to Culebra & Vieques islands, with the almost secluded powder white sand beaches. Also in Fajardo & in Vieques there is a bioluminescent bay where the water glows in the dark. You take a kayak a night, its amazing.

If you like to surf, then stay on the west coast. Rincon is a nice city with great surfing & beautiful sunsets, even whalewatching in the winter.  On the north coast you can stay in Dorado & travel to Arecibo Telescope, the largest radio telescope in the world & Camuy Caves, a beautiful underground cave system with a river running through it.  Ponce is a cool city in the south, Its almost like a European city with nice museums & architecture. Guanica Dry forest is here & great snorkeling too. Also if you like to be in the mountains than try Utuado in the central area.  Now I saw a few of the questions you answered & it appears you might be a bit racist. I want to let you know that puerto ricans are a mixed race of white (spanish), taino indian & african. So you will see every color  here  & we are very accepting, please dont come if you don't feel comfortable with this. Thank you & Enjoy!

  5. I went for my birthday last year, I will be returning in May for a repeat visit. I stayed in Condado area which was nice.
