lose his SSI in our state of FL. Is this true or even legal?

  1. I don't believe so.  His SSI is based on his income, which is none, it has nothing to do with yours.  I would do some research.


  2. sorry but yes they are entitle to check ur bank account since they will provide you with money  for your son depending on your financial status they do it so that they give government money to those in need.sorry.. but i hope this helps.
