I was trying to find a friend that passed away in connecticut?

so i was wondering does anyone know a web site that i could search for obituaries?? i've been going round and round and getting nowhere can anyone help?????????

O.K. : First go to Roots web SSDI   then put your friends name in and date of birth if you have it...find out exactly where friend passed away, now take that info and do a fresh search.Because you may be missing the details needed to do proper search. Please note not everybody has/gets an obituary notice...Some folks get burried quietly and with out fan fare, so to speak. Good luck.**EDIT : Try looking up CT Obituaries on line or CT on line news. Put her name in and see what happens.**

  3. You would have to know the paper it appeared in.  

    Just ask a relative if they could send you a copy of it.  Or what paper it was in.
