I was trying to open my third eye from the first time, and it hurt, is that normal? i'm trying to gain?

more understanding about not so obvious things, i'm afraid to continue,but at the same time i want too, people say the third eye open up to see ghost and spirits too, is that true?

dear well actually a third eye doesnt exist and there is no point of asking about opening it.
