Considered by some to be the greatest of the GX duelists...

Yeah, if you want to have a deck like his, you're going to have to try and get the Cyber Dragon cards.  They're in quite a few sets, but generally, they're pretty hard to find.  Remember they're Limited now to two per deck, so if you want to bring out Cyber End Dragon (the fusion of three Cyber Dragons), you're going to need to put a fusion substitute.  I recommend Proto Cyber Dragon.

In addition, you may want to put in the other Cyber monsters.  They have a whole bunch, and they've all got effects.

If you want to go all "Dark Zane" on me you could add the Cyberdark monsters.  They've all got effects to do with Dragon-type monsters, though, so make sure to include some Dragons in your deck if you decide to go with this angle.

All in all, a Cyber deck is kind of hard to put together, but it is worth it.  Good Luck.
