  1. u have to let it run out of batterieys the it will be fixed


  2. You can reset the Zune with the "two-finger salute"... hold down both the BACK and the UP buttons for about five seconds. The Zune's screen should go black, and it will then reboot. Usually everything's right where you left it, but occasionally, the crash screwed things up and you may have to re-sync your media.
