I was wondering, how vicious the liberals be toward McCain if had dumped Plain because of the daughter?

I would have thought maybe he'd realized his mistake, but Republicans have a history of staying the course, even when the course is wrong.

Also, McCain wouldn't dump Palin because of her daughter, I thought that was a non-issue?  Palin's troopergate and other abuse of power is reason enough.

I'm not a Liberal or even a Democrat but I'll answer this.

Both McCain and Plain have enough issues and explaining to do without worrying about the pregnant daughter thing.

Palin: Poor example as a mother. Did she know of and approve of the daughter's excessive underage drinking and partying? If she knew of the illegal drinking and pot smoking by Bristol why didn't she put a stop to it? And why didn't she teach her daughter how not to get pregnant? Don't these people know what rubbers are? And the State Attorney General's investigations into Sarah Palin's misuse of  power won't be going away anytime soon.

McCain: The Republicans would have been wise not to have tried to make John McCain seem like some great national hero because, according to his service records, McCain's war record was padded and highly exaggerated. According to his fellow POWs McCain was never tortured, received special treatment because his father was an Admiral and didn't deserve the 28 metals he received for 20 hours of combat flight time.

I don't think McCain or Palin have to worry about vicious Liberal attacks (liberals make up less than 8% of the voting public) as much as they have to worry about the truth coming out and their being exposed to it.
