NOT at a crime scene, but at the appoint of arrest, so they can have information on them in a database...

  1.      Footprints, like any other form of evidence are admissible in a criminal case if they are material to the case, (tending to prove or disprove some important point) and it is legally relevant to the case, which are a set of criteria to keep repetitive evidence out, and other material that would confuse or mislead a jury, or unfairly prejudice the defense case.




  2. Interesting question.  You mean as they have no fingers--do they print their feet (or toes).  I've never heard of that so it's a good thing there is now DNA to identify them.

  3. Only if they're walking around barefoot and touching things with their feet!
