Is it Illegal to Download Movies in Ontario Canada from a source called, "UTorrent"?

& another question, I have Real Player, just like Windows Media Player, but Real Player has more specialtys, for example, When i go on You tube, and move my mouse to the screen were the video clip is playing, it says, "Download Move" Is it Legal to download it from You Tube then?

are the movies Copy Righted? if they are, yep you can't download them..
