So being that it is spring and its really nice out I have been leaving my windows open to get a nice breeze but I live off a gravel road. You can figure that my furniture gets dusty very quickly. I was wondering if there is even such a thing as some kind of screen that I don't know filters it out or something? Or any other suggestions on keeping the dust out? Thanks

  1. Most anything you do will be more trouble than just closing the windows.  In the old days people would plant a hedge along the edge of the road to help. Good luck.

  2. Get some of that PVC stuff that sprays a real fine mist. It's made for keeping you cool outside but it may take some of the dust down before it comes in the windows.

  3. Oil down the gravel road.  Not the most environmental answer, but time testedr.

  4. it there a way that you can try and pack down the gravel driveway down or that you could wet the drive way down in the morning.

  5. Move to an area where there are no gravel roads nearby.

  6. ask the commisioner for your area to dump a load of pea gravel or any rock that isn't so dusty
