I was wondering how contortionists get so flexible?

I'm a rhythmic gymnast and I'm fairly flexible, but it would be great to be much more flexible...help.?

    And they usually do it since childhood


  2. Contortionists train daily for hours on end. You have to push yourself as far as possible, literally. But only do this if you are trained and know what you are doing. Since you are a rhythmic gymnast you probably know tons of stretches and exercises to help improve your flexibility. Just practise daily, pushing yourself further all the time and you will get better. For some people it comes easier than others so don't get discouraged. Keep training.
