ok, didn't know i was going to get attacked for asking such a simple question. they have to bring their own horses, why would they use a random one. and i don't see a horse going on a plane. so whatever. some of you are rather rude. but thanks anyway for your responses. yahoo answers isn't the way to go clearly.

  1. WOW people ARE rude on this site. First of all, I am not sure why the question is so hard to understand. One person said " I don't understand what the question on the horses is.." UH.... the question was "HOW DO THEY GET THE HORSES TO BEIJING?" Not that hard to understand. First of all, this is the Olympics, I don't think that they just get on any horse to do their routines. Secondly, for those of us who are not Olympic nuts perhaps are not sure how long they have been training overseas. For all I know, the Olympians have been training with THEIR horses in the States and therefore, would ideally need to bring them to Beijing for the Olympics. So for those of you people who thought this was a stupid question, it was not. I still am not sure where the horses were to start with. It sounds like some were already in Hong Kong which of course is not hard to get to Beijing. But then others make it sound as though perhaps the horses WERE in the States. This is definitely not the place to get intelligent answers.

  2. They use planes with special cargo holds.  Typically the horse goes into a padded stall (roughly 8'x8').  Sometimes they have to be sedated, and a groom or trainer travels in the hold with them, to make sure nothing happens during the flight.

  3. Um.... ok... This is a dumb question.

They fly them, they stick them on a boat, the drive them, they eat them and then regurgatate them on arrival they attatch water wings to their hooves and float them over!

  4. um the horses are in Hong Kong

  5. Transport it by plane or ships.

Yes they tested for drugs too.

  6. They either drive, boat or fly them in depending where they are coming from

  7. i dont understand the QUESTION about the HORSES and what are you ASKING?

  8. First by float to the airport then by plane to HONG KONG.  Stop there...they don't go to Beijing but stay in Hong Kong for the Games.

  9. Put them on a boat, in a horse trailer. Then drive them in the same. Simple, really.

  10. ride them to the airport, sneak them on a plane, make sure your main priority is to get them there in one piece. Ride it to where ever

p.s. remeber to bring a GPS hahah lol

    Good Luck with that

  11. IDK. Maybe by boat.

  12. I wonder if the horses get tested for drugs

  13. lol, I wonder if anyone's ever had the idea that the horses were FROM China... Well, I don't really know, I mean I haven't been watching the Olympics that often, so I didn't really get to see the horses xD But if they weren't originally from china, they were probably shipped there through boat. I couldn't exactly imagine so many horses in a plane (I'm not saying that it's impossible because I'm not really sure if it is or not, I'm just staying that it would be pretty funny to see a horse on an airplane)

  14. They put them on a plane and transport them there.
