I was wondering how to cut a portion of a song?

ok so i wanted to know how to cut out a portion of a song so i can download that portion onto my cell phone for a ringtone can anyone tell me a good free program to use or just help plz

best site i know of but you just go here and type in the download on your phones web browser after you upload the part you want and you get it like nothing

I use a free program called "Clip Creator" which is really simple. It might just be for Macs though, I don't know. You can crop audio and video with it really easily.

try downloading dvdvideosoft studio 2.2 it comes with an audio cropper.
