I've tried going under "Tools" and deleting my cookies, files and history, but there are a few not getting deleted.

  1. If you are using Internet Explorer, click on Tools>Internet Options>Content Tab.  Under the section for Personal Information, click on the Auto-Complete button.  Under the "Use Auto-Complete For" section make sure the check box next to "Web Addresses" is unchecked.  Click on the button that says "Clear Forms."  Click "OK."  Back in the "General" Tab, set you "Days To Keep Pages In History" down to 1.  Click on "Apply."  Click on "Clear History."  Click "OK."  Click "OK" again.  This should remove all web addresses you have entered.  Make sure you clear your cookies and temp files when you log off every night, as well as your history.

  2. Under tools is "delete browsing history."  There are a few specific options, but if you choose the very bottom, "Delete All", it should look like you've never used the browser.  I'm assuming you're using internet explorer 7.

That should do it, if not something else is going on.  If you're not using ie7, I'd suggest changing to that and then try what I just described.
