I was wondering how to determine my skin tone.

I was reading on-line that if you have pale skin with pink undertones that means you have a cool complexion. But, on another site I read that if you have blue-green eyes and with strawberry blonde hair you have a warm skin tone. To have a warm skin tone though you have to have yellow undertones to your skin which I don't. So I was wondering, what would be my skin tone when I have the hair and eyes of a warm tone but the colour of a cool tone???

I would suggest to stick with the cool tone, even though you have those other traits. You have to look at the color of your skin because not all people with that color hair will have the same skin tone.
