I was wondering if Canadian Pacific 256 and 257 will be running from Binghamton NY to Oak Island NJ?

I was told from a friend a few days ago that Canadian Pacific railway added 2 more trains to the NS Lehigh Line. Canadian Pacific 256 would be running from Binghamton NY to Oak Island NJ and Canadian Pacific 257 would be running from Oak Island NJ to Binghamton NY starting in early December. I was wondering if that's true or not.
