That's their set-up thread. It should work the same if you have the PS3 version.  

It's not easy to find setups online because people race with each other via the Internet or xboxlive or whatever. Thus, most people aren't too eager to share complete set-ups. But it looks like there are a few at the link I provided. If you don't find the set-up for the exact track you wanted, try a set-up for a track that is similar.
