very difficult only if theyare very popular and only until they maintain popularity. otherwise easily spottable.

your question  in case of indian actor and actress the answer :-  will not be able to walk even in the remote village as all of them are very popular. Now a days even if you are shown in TV Serials you are also mobbed by people that is their affecton.  In case of international actor and actress they will be watched by teen age group if escaped you have a free walk like normal people. Also the reason why actor and actress are  liked by everybody they feel they are part of them and they also show their happiness of meeting with their relatives and friends and they become noted figure.  Recently Jackie chan came to India but with fear  from the mob and he was treated more  than the security of the Prime Minister that is the love and affection in India that too in southern part of India that too in Chennai and people have named some eating dishes with actress name and some have constructed worshipping place for actress etc.  Hope you enjoyed wth this answer.
