Probably not, but sometimes cheap flights also to Scotland and Ireland with http://www.canadian-affair.ca   From many UK and Irish airports, you can get cheap onward flights to Europe with the likes of http://www.ryanair.com and http://www.easyjet.com

Farecompare has a nifty tool you might like for this job: http://www.farecompare.com/maps/myAirpor... -- I set it to show all departures from Edmonton to all Europe, but you can easily update the departure point in Canada and click "change."  It shows the cheapest fares to all Europe currently offered.  Click a fare, and it shows you the price fluctuations over a year.  Pick a month, then a date and it does click-through bookings for you, and even offers you several good comparison sites to shop the price against, each with just 1 click.  Like I said, it's a nifty tool.
