I was wondering if you have ever flown over the international date line what is it like?

i was just wondering if you end up jet lagged on arrival in america given that there is a 18 hour time difference

  1. I have flowen from Pakistan back to the USA. Quite frankly I was too tired to notice if I was jet lagged or not!


  2. I actually feel more jet lagged when I am flying westward over the pacific (US to Thailand) than when I come back which is flying eastward over the pacific (Thailand to US)

  3. Flying from San Francisco to Hong Kong was fine.  Coming back from HK to SF I was jet lagged for days.
