is their like a mental house in arizona for teens and i was wondering does anyone know what it might be about or like?

Yes there are. I wouldn't recommend them tho. My prior boss had 2 of her kids in them at one point or another. They are extremely restrictive and also normally in low income areas. At least in Phoenix they are.
