no... there is nothing you can do to make it come sooner.... your body is the judge and your period will come when the time is right.

I am assuming from your question that you are still fairly young and never had a period before.

With that said, your period will probably show up when you least expect it and would prefer it didn't.  The beginning of your periods (menarche is the medical term) is driven by your hormones and this is in part a genetic characteristic.  A fair measure of when you will start "menarche" is to find out when your sisters and mom started.  it is often similar.  And to answer your question, masturbation will not make it happen any sooner, nor will it delay it any.

You didn't mention anything like having had intercourse or being sexually active, so I assumed this is not an issue.  If I was mistaken and you have all ready started your periods AND you are not sexually active, then the answer is...  masturbation will not make it happen any sooner either.  Sorry.

Teens typically have very irregular periods b/c the hormonal cycle hasn't settled down yet...  it takes a few years for it to figure it all out.
