  1. Trailing Twelve Months.

    It's basically one year of data except that the year ended at the end of last month, not necessarily December.


  2. trailing twelve months.  so if you're looking at the 10-q for the 2nd quarter the ttm would consist of 3rd and 4th quarter last year and 1st and 2nd this year.
